Grooming Guidelines
-
All dogs must have the necessary vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, Leptospirosis, and Distemper) before our employees can groom them.
-
Our groomers DO NOT do anal glands. If pet is itching or scooting, we recommend taking them to the vet!
-
No dematting in extreme cases, our groomers will shave them to their best ability. Humanity over Vanity!
-
Our groomers will not groom human aggressive dogs. If your dog has an issue with the grooming process, we will try to groom one time, then determine. We may need to use cones/ muzzles.
-
We will not shave down double coated breeds unless medically necessary.
-
Must wait 48+ hours after pup's last vaccination, and must be cleared by vet after surgeries before you can pamper your pooch with us!
-
We may have to charge additional fees for: shedding, matting, fleas, pattern setting, or temperment.
